How do you read forex broker customer comments without being misled?
Customer comments about a forex broker are everywhere, and they are hard to weigh. A single complaint can be accurate, a single praise can be paid for, and many comments describe a problem the broker has already fixed. Before a comment carries weight, check three things: the date, the account type it describes, and whether the claim can be checked against the broker's own legal disclosures or the regulator's register. FTC's broker profiles are built from those primary sources, not from comments. For the checks, see how to check whether a forex broker is regulated and the forex scams warning signs guide. An earlier discussion, how much do you trust broker reviews?, covers the same ground from another angle.
