Corrections, account questions, moderation decisions, broker information and partnership enquiries all come through this form.

  • To appeal a moderation decision, use the appeal button next to the notice on your account page (select your name at the top of any page, then Moderation notices). It reaches a moderator faster.
  • If someone claiming to be from FTC asks you for money, a password or access to your computer, it is a scam. Report it here.
FTC can't give personal investment advice or help recover money from a broker.

What to include

  • For a correction: the page address, the sentence that is wrong and a link to the primary source with the right figure.
  • For a broker profile: the broker's legal entity, licence number and a link to the regulator's register entry.
  • For an account or moderation question: your username, never your password or a sign-in code.
