Who can use FTC
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Your account
Keep your sign-in method secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.
What you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You give FTC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as part of the service, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

Content on FTC is not financial advice. See the Risk warning.
Suspension and closing accounts
We may restrict or close accounts that break these terms or the Community guidelines, as described in Moderation and appeals. You can close your account at any time.
Third-party services
Charts, calendar data and broker websites come from third parties. We aren't responsible for their content or availability.
Liability
FTC is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses or for decisions made using information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We announce material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
