What you'll find
The markets section shows live prices and interactive charts for 19 instruments: gold and silver, the major and cross currency pairs, Brent and WTI crude oil, US, Tech 100 and Germany 40 indices, and Bitcoin and Ether. The charts and quotes come from TradingView, which runs them on its own pages.
Each instrument has its own page with a short explanation of what moves it, when it trades, the latest FTC news that mentions it, and the upcoming economic events for its currencies.
Watchlists and event alerts
Sign in and press Watch on any instrument page to add it to your watchlist. Your watchlist lists the economic events for the currencies of the markets you watch, for the next seven days, with the source of each time.
About an hour before a high-impact event for a market you watch, FTC adds an alert to your inbox. You can also choose medium-impact events. Alerts are emailed only if you turn that on in notification settings.
What FTC does not do here
FTC shows prices and charts. It doesn't give price forecasts, trade ideas or personal investment advice, and it doesn't offer trading tools such as calculators or order entry.
