Beginners: check your broker's legal documents here

Nobody reads the terms, and brokers know it. The client agreement, execution policy and order routing documents contain the answers to most complaints in trading forums — including which entity your account is actually with.

Challenge: find the entity name and regulator in your own documents, then post:

• the entity name (not your account number)
• the regulator
• anything in the documents that surprised you
