Are forex signal groups legit?

Some are run honestly, but most can't show a complete, independently verified track record, and many free groups are used to steer people toward scams. Guaranteed returns and pressure to deposit with a specific broker are red flags.

Is copy trading safe?

It can be offered legitimately by regulated brokers, but copying doesn't remove risk. A trader with smooth returns may be using high leverage or adding to losing positions, which can end in a large loss.
