Exness: common questions

Is Exness regulated?

Yes. Exness (Cy) Ltd is licensed by CySEC (178/12), Exness (UK) Ltd is authorised by the FCA (730729) and Exness ZA (Pty) Ltd is authorised by South Africa's FSCA (FSP 51024). The group also lists offshore companies licensed in several other jurisdictions.

Why does it matter which Exness company I'm with?

Each company follows its own regulator's rules. A CySEC-licensed account follows EU limits on leverage and marketing, while offshore companies can offer much higher leverage with fewer investor protections.

Which platforms does Exness support?

MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
